Please let us also know if you will attend the conference dinner on Wednesday evening and if there are any dietary preferences (e. g., vegetarian/vegan).

Hotel Recommendation

In order to allow all the students to be accommodated at the same hotel, we have pre-booked a number of 20 individual rooms at Maritim Hotel Bellevue Kiel, Bismarckallee 2, Kiel.
The rooms are available for the period March 12–18 (check-in from 15:00, check-out until 12:00) for a special rate of 79 €/day including breakfast buffet.

Flight Recommendation

Since the lectures begin on Monday morning, it is advised to arrive on Sunday. The school ends Friday noon, so if you could either depart by a flight after 16:30 or book a flight on Saturday and enjoy the Friday evening at leisure in Kiel.
