Early Stage Researchers funded by the ETN-FPI network do not have to pay for the registration to the workshop but should contact the organisers in advance to confirm their attendance.

Hotel Recommendation
In order to allow all the students to be accommodated at the same hotel, we have pre-booked a number of 32 individual rooms at Novum LikeApart Hotel, Wetterkreuz 7, 91058 Erlangen.
The rooms are available for the period November 05–10, Sunday to Friday, (check-in from 2pm, check-out until 11am) for a special rate of 94 €/day including breakfast buffet.

When doing so, please remember that the Fraunhofer IIS is located in Erlangen-Tennenlohe -an urban district of the city of Erlangen, which is situated 6km from the city center.
As an economical alternative, we recommend the B&B Hotel. A single room costs about 50€/night and the hotel also offers an early booking discount.

Flight Recommendation
Since the lectures begin on Monday morning at 9 am, it is advised to arrive on Sunday. The school ends Friday noon at 13 pm, so if you could either depart by a flight afterwards or book a flight on Saturday and enjoy the Friday evening at leisure in Erlangen or Nuremberg.
