Three Workshops (WS) will be organized with the aim to focus on more practical aspects and tools by discussing prerequisites and requirements, presenting novel ideas and brainstorming, gaining hands-on experience and debating first assessments. External experts will be invited to widen the perspective, progress advancements, and fuel discussions.
The following workshops are planned. The list includes the main organizer, the tentative period, and the topics to be addressed:
- WS1: Value creation workshop – Newcastle University and Exact Innovations, Jan. 2018 (Needs based value proposition design; Fast iterations and structured feedback as improvement tools; Align the team on a common innovation language and basic, powerful tools)
- WS2: Visual data capture – Christian-Albrecht University Kiel and Fraunhofer IIS, Nov. 2017 (Production of multi-camera content; Multi-camera post-production pipeline and tools; Lightfield capturing; Industry-standards)
- WS3: Media production and creative industry applications – Tampere University of Technology and Yleisradio Oy, Feb. 2019 (Artistic content creation; Workflows for Media and Game production; Artistic requirements on media technologies)
